Our neutral samples are free, but you pay courier cost. If it is customize sample, please discuss with us online or by email.

Yes, we’ll produce it according to your sample and after your confirmation. 

Question 4: What is your sample policy?
We can provide neutral sample as free, customize sample with mold fee & courier cost will be paid by customers.

Question 5: What’s your MOQ for customize pattern?
1000pcs, depends on the design.

Question 6: How you help customer to do quality control ?
We have set up a strong QC team here, we always send them to facility OEM order placed to our long term co-operated and stay at factory all time, so it will be controlled from very beginning of the production processing to the end. It means whole production time is under QC control system.
